About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant (Mandarin speaker) to join the team at Nobu Bank. This full-time role will be based in Tangerang, Banten and will provide crucial administrative and organisational support to senior executives. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, including diary management, travel planning, and meeting coordination

Handling a wide range of communication tasks, such as drafting emails, letters, and other correspondence

Organising and maintaining filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure information is easily accessible

Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as required

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure deadlines are met

Providing general office support, such as managing stationery supplies and coordinating with service providers

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

A keen eye for detail and a professional, discreet, and reliable approach to work

A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
