A leading company in cosmetics is seeking a Mandarin Assistant to facilitate communication and administrative tasks. Translate Mandarin-Indonesian, Indonesian - Mandarin (both orally and in writing)
Support all administrative works
Ready and willing participate in all management activities
Manage and have good communication with user in mandarin (written and spoken)
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Follow up on action items and report progress to the Director.
Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines
Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director
