Personal Assistant in Sales (Mandarin) – Building Materials
About Us:
We are an international company with our own factory and operations based in Foshan, China, and our head office in Jakarta (PIK2). As we expand into Surabaya, we are opening a new branch to grow our presence in the Indonesian market. We specialize in ceramic tiles, granite slabs, sintered stone, and a full range of sanitary ware including toilets, washbasins, faucets, and shower screens. Our business focuses on B2B projects, including interior design, construction, and retail development.
Responsibilities:
- Actively approach and build relationships with new clients in Surabaya
- Handle B2B project sales, including contractors, developers, and interior firms
- Promote and present our range of tiles and sanitary ware products
- Conduct regular site visits and fieldwork to meet clients and gather market insights
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and Mandarin-speaking supervisors
- Provide after-sales support and gather feedback from the market
- Report on local trends, project opportunities, and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Able to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
- Experience in sales/marketing, ideally in building materials or home interiors
- Based in Surabaya, familiar with the local market and construction industry
- Willing to travel frequently and do on-site field visits
- Responsible, target-driven, and eager to grow in a long-term role
- Submit CV in English (Mandarin version is a strong plus)
- Ideally owns a vehicle
