We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Personal Assistant for Head of Markets and Securities Services (MSS).

Responsibilities:

The Personal Assistant of MSS is responsible for delivering day-to-day business and administrative support and providing executive personal assistance to the Head of MSS. The role will also focus on working closely with various stakeholders and coordinating with colleagues across the globe.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to deal with different stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability, initiative, and ability to work independently
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity
  • PC skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the core HSBC approval systems
  • Language: Fluent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia required
