About the role

Join PT Young Indonesia Pratama as a Personal Assistant & Admin, supporting daily operations and executive leadership. This full-time role based in West Jakarta involves providing high-level administrative and personal assistance to ensure smooth office and schedule management.

Job Description:

  1. Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  2. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  3. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate
  4. Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is streamlined
  5. Maintain an organized filing system and handle confidential information discreetly
  6. Assist in planning and coordinating events and meetings, including logistics and communication with attendees
  7. Manage petty cash

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Law (preferred)
  2. Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
  3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
