The role includes managing the founder’s calendar, coordinating events, and providing personal support. Manage the founder’s professional calendar, appointments, and travel plans
Coordinate internal meetings, follow-ups, and team reminders
Draft documents, prepare presentation templates, and compile department reports
Organize digital files, SOPs, and project documentation
Track deadlines and update dashboards or task systems (Notion or Trello)
Content Calendar Coordination: Organize timelines and asset needs for social or ads
Influencer/Partner Follow-Ups: Handle communication, sample shipment, and reminders
Events Coordination: Booking, logistics, RSVP tracking for business events
Job Ads & Screening: Post job openings, screen applicants for first-round criteria
Onboarding Docs: Ensure new hires have what they need (handbook, email, tools)
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic Write) to support writing, summarizing, or organizing tasks
Schedule family appointments (children’s school activities, medical visits, etc.)
Arrange travel logistics and accommodations for family trips
Handle errands (groceries, gifts, home admin coordination)
Assist in maintaining personal and household routines
Coordinate entrepreneurship event logistics, including Learning Days and forum activities
Liaise with venues, partners, speakers, vendors, and sponsors
Manage pre- and post-event communication and documentation
Support preparation of reports and follow-up deliverables
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Tech-savvy and highly proficient in Google Workspace, task/project management tools (Notion or Trello)
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities, especially across multiple stakeholders
Proactive, dependable, and resourceful — able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
Discreet and trustworthy — able to handle confidential matters with maturity
Detail-oriented and structured — able to manage both personal and professional matters with precision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment with evolving priorities
Owns a personal laptop and smartphone
Has a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and can drive independently
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Notion / Trello for task tracking
ChatGPT or AI-based tools for summaries and content support
Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut (for basic online marketing coordination)
Full-time, based in Solo (Surakarta)
Must be mobile and flexible — able to attend in-person meetings, errands, events, and business trips as needed
Available to coordinate across WIB timezone (GMT+7)
Expected to be highly responsive, organized, and professional in all communications
