The Role of a Personal Assistant

PT. LICRYSTAL ELECTRIC INDONESIA' is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support to our boss. This full-time role is based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and operations to ensure the smooth running of the boss's office. Willing to be placed in another city (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Batam).

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating the boss's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics

Providing administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, managing files and records, and handling incoming enquiries

Carrying out research, data analysis, and report preparation to support the boss's decision-making

Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and information flow

Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for:

Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment (Fresh Graduate Welcome to Apply)

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools

Highly discreet and able to handle confidential information with the utmost care

A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen attention to detail
