PERSONAL ASSISTANT

About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and responsive personal assistant to manage WhatsApp communication and administrative support. You’ll be responsible for replying to messages, following up with contacts, and ensuring no important chats are missed.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle daily messaging, follow-ups, and client interactions via WhatsApp
  2. Manage the schedules, coordinating meetings and other commitments
  3. Provide exceptional administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, filing, and record-keeping
  4. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  5. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries efficiently and professionally
  6. Provide support with general office management duties, as required

What we're looking for

  1. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, especially in business administration, communications, or related fields.
  2. Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  3. Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  7. Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic organisation
