Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day operations. This role involves administrative, financial, and operational tasks, ranging from managing documents to communicating with suppliers and overseeing candidate recruitment processes. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide variety of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize bank statements, invoices, and bills, ensuring all records are up to date

Communicate with the tax agency and share all required documents on time

Liaise with suppliers and create structured Excel sheets to catalog products and pricing

Compare quotes from suppliers and contractors, helping optimize project budgets

Sort and manage digital assets (photos and videos) into organized computer folders

Occasionally assist with job postings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate applications

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a relevant field

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in administrative or assistant roles

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Proficiency in common software tools such as:

Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)

Google Drive / Google Sheets

Highly organized, discreet, and capable of working independently

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
