About the role

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and proofread various communications such as emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Organise and maintain office files, records, and other documentation.
  • Provide support for special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense management.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the office.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive and customer‑focused approach with a positive can‑do attitude.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Able to drive a car and have Class A driving licence.
  • Able to travel domestically & abroad.
