About the role
SKE Lighting is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As our Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be a key member of our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives
  • Managing the executives' schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling a wide range of correspondence, including email, phone calls, and written communications
  • Maintaining and organising filing systems, both physical and electronic
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other essential documents
  • Coordinating and prioritising tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a comparable role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
