About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team at PT Berkat Semesta Solusi in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and organisational support to our executives. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
What you'll be doing
Managing executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports and presentations
Coordinating and attending meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items
Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Providing general administrative support, such as filing, document management and data entry
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
Anticipating the needs of executives and proactively suggesting solutions
What we're looking for
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands
