Job description

We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to assist Director of Finance. In this full-time role, you will be providing comprehensive administrative support and assist in organising professional & personal needs.

Key responsibilities

Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and follow up on action items

Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing, and organising documents

Provide support for special projects and events as needed

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication

Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Assist in writing emails and publishing letters

What we're looking for

No previous experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)

Female only role, maximum age of 30

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) especially Excel. Candidates who have strong mathematic/accounting skills will be prioritised

Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player, proactive and responsible

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work

English proficiency is required

Easy to reach & respond promptly to requests, messages & phone calls

Can handle mobile work when necessary
