Description

  1. Communicate project business plans to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, relevant departments, and external parties.
  2. Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for projects.
  3. Regularly review progress against targets and benchmarks to ensure goals are being met.
  4. Identify project challenges and collaborate on problem-solving and risk management strategies.
  5. Develop comprehensive business project plans aligned with strategic frameworks.
  6. Implement cost management strategies to optimize expenditures.
  7. Monitor operational budgets to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  8. Apply financial control systems to prevent waste and unnecessary costs.
  9. Ensure that strategies, goal-setting, and timelines are realistic and achievable to meet project objectives.
  10. Present project reports to the Board of Directors and relevant external stakeholders.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s Degree from All Major (Fresh graduates are Welcome)
  2. Background in Finance, Marketing, or Operations is a Plus
  3. Willing to Work Flexible Hours When Needed
  4. English Fluency in Speaking and Writing
  5. Good Presentation Skills
  6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
  7. Detail-Oriented with High Accuracy in All Tasks
  8. Strong Logical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills for Business Decision-Making
