About the role

Seeking an exceptional Permit Supervisor to join the team. In this full-time position based in Tangerang Banten, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's permitting processes, ensuring seamless compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and coordinate the acquisition of all necessary permits and licenses required for the company’s operations.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submission of permit applications.
  • Experience in managing the permitting process for AMDAL, UKL-UPL, and PBG, with the ability to coordinate with Ministry of Public Works (PU), the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), and relevant regional government offices.
  • Monitor the status of pending permit applications and proactively address any issues or delays.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to the company’s permit portfolio.
  • Provide guidance and support to relevant departments on permit‑related matters.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to the company’s permit management processes.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with changes in relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a permit management or compliance‑related role, preferably within the corporate and commercial law industry.
  • Solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards pertaining to permits and licenses.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • A team player with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
