Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in permitting within the mining, refinery, manufacturing, energy, or heavy industry.
• Familiar with IUP, RKAB, IPPKH, AMDAL, and environmental permits.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and OSS-RBA system.

Job description

Develop and manage licensing strategies aligned with mining and mineral processing project stages and regulatory requirements.

Oversee end-to-end licensing processes including issuance, renewal, revision, archiving, and periodic reporting.

Coordinate across departments to ensure compliance and documentation alignment.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with government authorities and regulators to streamline licensing processes and ensure compliance.

Provide legal and administrative input, support audits, identify regulatory risks, and assist in project expansion or acquisition.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mining, Geology, Environment, or related fields.

5+ years of permitting experience in the mining, refinery, manufacturing, energy, or heavy industry.

Familiar with IUP, RKAB, IPPKH, AMDAL, and environmental permits.

Strong knowledge of mining regulations and OSS-RBA system.

Skilled in licensing documentation, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Willing to work at project sites across Indonesia
