Job summary

M+C Saatchi Performance is a global digital media agency connecting brands to people. This role supports senior team members in Jakarta to manage and execute media plans that drive performance for clients.

You will assist across the campaign lifecycle, including execution, pacing checks, reporting, and administration, while collaborating with media owners and internal teams. You bring 1–3 years of digital media experience, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years digital media experience, agency and performance media preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially English).
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Able to work independently but is also a team player.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, technology-focused industry.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders (suppliers, clients, internal teams) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior team members to manage and execute a media plan to achieve performance goals.
• Support media planner on day-to-day operations across campaign lifecycle: execution, pacing checks, reporting, and admin tasks.
• Gain knowledge of media management systems across social and programmatic platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with media owners, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Understand optimization levers and make data-driven recommendations.
• Build and update campaign performance reports to generate actionable insights tied to client objectives.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and tracking issues.
• Support campaign financial administration with billing accuracy and timeliness.
