Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Strategist based in Indonesia to lead and optimize our digital advertising channels. Provide strategic direction, ad performance analysis, and content feedback. Act as a consultant working directly with the internal marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Share daily performance analytics reports with key metrics
• Experienced in running digital ads in Indonesia, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads platforms.
• Able to analyze and compile data-driven ad performance reports to identify optimization opportunities.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with the internal MyVenus team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
