Job Summary:

Performance Marketing Specialist will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital channels to drive impactful business growth. This position will be responsible for implementing full-funnel advertising strategies across search, display, social, video, and mobile platforms, aiming to maximize ad spend effectiveness, efficiency and ROI. Furthermore, this role will involve continuous exploration of new opportunities, meticulous audience optimization, and detailed performance monitoring to ensure campaign success.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Managing end-to-end paid digital campaigns from planning, execution, and performance tracking across various channels including search, display, social media, video, and mobile app.
  2. Continuously optimize campaigns through experiment, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and ad copy variations to improve key metrics on every stage.
  3. Collaborate with other marketing teams to support ad-hoc campaign requests and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and strategies.
  4. Leveraging data analytic to track, measure, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns and platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration with Marketing or Analytics, Economics, Math or a related field.
  2. Min 2 years of progressive experience in performance marketing roles within e-commerce, OTA, or related industries.
  3. Strong track record of managing large-scale campaigns and budgets (IDR 1 Billions+ annually).
  4. Expertise in optimizing campaigns across major digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive significant growth in customer acquisition, revenue, and ROI.
  5. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics (GA, Zoho or other analytic tool), and data visualization (excel / gsheet, Zoho, looker) to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  6. Demonstrating a growth mindset and self-initiative towards continuous improvement, new experiments and optimization opportunities.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas and performance insights to senior management and stakeholders.
