What you will do:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and goals.
• Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more
• Analyze social media metrics and trends to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Create comprehensive reports to track progress against KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to align marketing strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to refine and enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Proven track record of managing successful online advertising campaigns and demonstrating measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.
