Job description

Performance Marketing Specialists will be responsible for executing, optimizing, increasing ROI, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns to drive measurable business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in ad platforms, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams like a creative team, a project owner, the tech & data analytic team, external vendors & ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, developing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve business goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct creative strategist, keyword research, and competitor analysis to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure spending aligns with set targets by platform.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.

Required Qualifications
