Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Ads)

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Ads) at Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk), you will be responsible for managing and optimising the company's paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels. This is a crucial role that will drive the growth and success of Siloam Hospitals' online presence and patient acquisition efforts. The position is based in Karawaci, Banten, and is a full-time permanent role.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute effective paid advertising strategies to achieve the company's marketing and business goals.
  2. Manage and optimise advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other relevant channels.
  3. Analyse campaign performance data and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  4. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment and integration with other digital marketing initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously enhance the company's paid advertising approach.
  6. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management on the performance and impact of the paid advertising efforts.

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
  2. Proficiency in using and optimising campaigns on various advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and others.
  3. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to continuously improve campaign performance.
  5. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in digital advertising.
  7. Willing to be placed in our Head Office - Karawaci.
