Job description

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and performance goals.

Develop comprehensive campaign strategies, including bidding tactics, budget allocation, and targeting parameters.

Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, DV360, or other programmatic advertising platforms.

Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to optimize bidding strategies, targeting options, ad formats, and creative assets.

Implement effective bid management techniques to maximize campaign performance and achieve desired KPIs.

Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and spending patterns for efficient resource utilization.

Analyze campaign data and attribution models to derive actionable insights and prepare performance reports.

Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of different strategies and optimize future campaigns.

Work closely with internal teams for campaign alignment, coordination, and execution.

Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge to drive innovation and improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, or other programmatic advertising platforms.

Having experience in handling digital marketing strategy and execution for e-commerce or fintech industry in Indonesia is a plus.

In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, Moz, etc).

Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

Deep analytical skills and able to translate the analysis into an actionable plan.

Excellent communication in English, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong drive to make things happen and influence others.

Growth mindset to always go the extra mile in learning and upgrading yourself.

Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment.
