In the Marketing team, we focus on developing and implementing strategies to promote impactful brand awareness. Ajaib’s vision is to increase financial inclusion, and our team is dedicated to making it happen! Recently, we announced our new Brand Ambassador, Lisa from Blackpink, as part of one of our most anticipated campaigns.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other online advertising platforms.
  2. Develop creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience, key messaging, and desired outcomes for each platform.
  3. Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, optimization, and targeting to meet marketing goals.
  4. Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and trends for data-driven decision-making.
  5. Generate regular reports and collaborate with the BI team to create or improve dashboards for performance measurement.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in engineering, economics, business, or marketing.
  2. 1-2 years of proven experience managing Performance Marketing Campaigns.
  3. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  4. Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and relevant tools for campaign management and optimization.
  5. A self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  6. Experience setting up marketing measurement and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Firebase.
  7. Passion for creativity and content ideation is a plus.
