Job summary

Kalbe Farma, Southeast Asia's leading publicly-listed healthcare company, is seeking a Performance Analyst to join our Jakarta team. You will assist in external plant performance tasks, analyze data, and prepare detailed performance reports to support the daily operations of the performance team.

In this role you will help ensure compliance with performance standards and company policies, and maintain accurate, up-to-date performance records across our Indonesia network.
