Performance Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Growth & Digital Marketing Manager who can develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role will focus on analyzing product USPs, understanding consumer psychology, and creating high-performing ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, growth strategies, and D2C brand scaling and can turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Growth & Performance Marketing
    • Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and maximize ROAS.
    • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
    • Analyze consumer psychology and buying behavior to develop targeted, high-impact ad campaigns.
    • Set up and monitor KPIs, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, and LTV, and continuously optimize campaign performance.
  2. Digital & D2C Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
    • Optimize the customer journey from ad click to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional content.
    • Manage and grow affiliator programs and partnerships to boost organic and paid traffic.
    • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  3. Data Analysis & Optimization
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and marketplace analytics tools.
    • Utilize customer insights and data to identify trends, improve targeting, and enhance ad performance.
    • Conduct post-campaign analysis to refine future marketing efforts and continuously improve ROI.
  4. E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth
    • Develop and execute storefront growth strategies on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia.
    • Optimize store listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to increase visibility and sales.
    • Manage and scale live shopping campaigns and drive engagement through influencer and affiliator partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace advertising (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology, digital sales funnels, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and e-commerce tracking tools.
  • Proven experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and paid campaign scaling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams.
  • Experience in live shopping, influencer marketing, and affiliate program management is a plus.
