Job summary

Care & Bloom is seeking a Graphic Designer + Packaging Designer for a remote, US-based role focused on performance-based ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels. You will also design packaging and product-related visuals to support scaling consumer health brands.

The role emphasizes testing and iterating assets based on performance rather than traditional brand design, with expectations of high-volume output and strong brand voice consistency.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of DTC or performance marketing ad creatives.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design.
• Ability to design visuals, copy, layouts, and CTAs that drive purchases.
• Fast and comfortable working with high volumes of creative.
• Strong skills in static and motion graphics.
• Ability to create scroll-stopping creative while maintaining the brand voice.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
• Create packaging and product-related designs.
• Create landing page assets and social media content.
• Work with creative strategists and media buyers to turn hooks and offers into creatives that convert.
• Produce multiple ad variations at high volume without sacrificing quality.
• Iterate on creatives based on performance and feedback.
• Maintain a warm and consistent brand voice across creative assets.
