Job description

We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization using the Six Sigma framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and measure procedures in the company with a focus on improving efficiency.
• Identify improvement projects that support the company’s strategy and ensure alignment and sign-off from the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.
• Be overall accountable for the improvement project portfolio, ensuring that targets and deadlines are consistently met.
• Evaluate and (where necessary) improve the company’s “Operating System” to ensure it enables regular and disciplined activities—bringing the right people together at the right frequency with the right information to improve the quality and substance of business decisions, ultimately leading to improved performance.
• Develop the organization as a whole—and direct reports in particular—to foster a true continuous improvement mindset at all levels.
• Cultivate a "data-driven" mindset across the organization.
• Coach leadership on all aspects of a successful change management approach.
• Work closely with the Finance Department to improve visibility of the company’s cost structure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
• Proven experience as a Continuous Improvement General Manager or in a related field for at least 5 years.
• Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong strategic thinking with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
