About the role

The Performance Ads Vortex will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. This role requires a data-driven individual with expertise in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and data analytics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Education and Technology industries.

What you'll do

  1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC, etc.).
  2. Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  3. Optimize website and landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
  4. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  5. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  6. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  7. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  8. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  9. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Industry Background: Proven experience in the Education and Technology industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot), Meta Business Suite, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Data-Driven Skills: Experience in using data to optimize campaigns and make informed decisions.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint Certification, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
