A leading dental care provider seeks a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth through effective digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. Ideal candidates should possess 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong analytical mindset, along with proficiency in various marketing tools.
We are looking for a result-driven Performance Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies, continuous testing, and performance analysis.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand effectiveness of campaigns
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization
Collaborate with creative team to ensure ad creatives align with goals and target audience
Perform keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategy
Analyze performance reports and generate actionable insights
Allocate and monitor ad spend to ensure ROI and CPA targets are met
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and platform updates
Min. 1–2 years experience in performance-based digital marketing or similar role
Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
Strong analytical mindset and comfortable with data tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and retargeting strategies
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or service-based industries is a plus
Bonus: Familiarity with CRM, automation tools, or creative editing tools (Canva, CapCut)
