Job summary

Mondelēz International invites a final-year student to join our Early Careers HR internship in Jakarta. You will assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement events, manage timelines, and help with recruitment for early careers.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal partners, create internal communications, and maintain project documentation while gaining hands-on experience in HR and project management.

Qualifications

• Final year student in HR, business administration, or communications.
• Strong willingness to learn in HR, especially talent acquisition and project management.
• E2E project management (planning, budgeting, executing, reporting, evaluating) skills required.
• Good interpersonal skills with clear and concise business communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Canva.
• Basic creative/video editing knowledge is a plus.
• Committed to completing a 3-month internship.
• Willing to work in a work-from-office setting.
