Job description

  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Update HR databases and system (e.g. new hires, leaves, and personal action form)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  • Performing ad-hoc work related HR Administration
  • Process exit clearance, exit interview
  • Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes
  • Address employee queries and grievances and act as a go to person for the staff
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Management or Accounting.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience
  • Detail & strong in excel formula
  • Having knowledge in employee government regulations
  • Familiar with Human Resources System
  • Handle calculation for payroll administration
