  • Collaboration with CoEs and Shared Services
    • Deliver a range of HR services and identify optimal solutions for business needs.
    • Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through impactful HR deliverables.
    • Support CoEs and Shared Services in fulfilling their responsibilities as needed.
    • Co-own and implement strategic programs such as talent management, workforce planning, and trainee development in partnership with business leaders.
  • HR Operations, Projects, and Crisis Response
    • Identify operational gaps and provide timely, compliant HR solutions.
    • Guide managers in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively.
    • Support talent development and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
    • Facilitate internal and external talent acquisition processes.
  • HR Consulting and Data Management
    • Specialize in HR data management: prepare and analyze regulatory reports to ensure compliance and support decision-making.
    • Facilitate workforce planning in collaboration with Finance, ensuring alignment with budgets and business goals.
    • Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
