People Partner

People Partner role offers job as a strategic partner, the People Partner (PP) aligns Human Resources policies, procedures, and initiatives with the business objectives of designated units. Acting as a consultant across all levels, the PP provides guidance on HR-related matters and serves as a change agent within both HR and the business.

The PP anticipates HR needs, facilitates discussions and conflict resolution, and develops integrated solutions. This role collaborates closely with HR functions—including HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and Shared Services—to deliver value-added services that support organizational goals. The PP also ensures regulatory compliance, supports workforce planning in coordination with Finance, and tracks HR KPIs to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making

Position Responsibilities:

1. HR Advisory to Business

  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned business units, including their drivers and strategies.
  • Proactively identify people-related needs and align HR capabilities to address them.
  • Co-develop and co-own employee development strategies that support business objectives.

2.Collaboration with CoEs and Shared Services

  • Deliver a range of HR services and identify optimal solutions for business needs.
  • Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through impactful HR deliverables.
  • Support CoEs and Shared Services in fulfilling their responsibilities as needed.
  • Co-own and implement strategic programs such as talent management, workforce planning, and trainee development in partnership with business leaders.

3.HR Operations, Projects, and Crisis Response

  • Identify operational gaps and provide timely, compliant HR solutions.
  • Guide managers in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Support talent development and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  • Facilitate internal and external talent acquisition processes.

5.HR Consulting and Data Management

  • Specialize in HR data management: prepare and analyze regulatory reports to ensure compliance and support decision-making.
  • Facilitate workforce planning in collaboration with Finance, ensuring alignment with budgets and business goals.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related disciplines).
  • Professional certifications in HR or related areas are highly desirable for credibility and career growth.

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Proven experience working with senior leaders in complex, matrixed, or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
