Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Analyst to support both internal and external administrative HR matters. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, managing compliance requirements (including expatriate documentation and working permits), and coordinating with government institutions related to HR policies and reporting. If you have strong administrative skills and an interest in legal and regulatory aspects of HR, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end administrative support for HR processes (internal & external)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation, including employment contracts, personal data, and exit documents
  • Support expatriate employees on working permit processes (KITAS, IMTA, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and regulatory requirements related to employment and HR documentation
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies (e.g., Disnaker, BPJS) for HR-related submissions
  • Coordinate employee insurance registration
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, both digital and physical
  • Assist with internal audits and ensure data integrity in employee files
  • Collaborate with the broader People team to ensure operational excellence in HR administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant fields
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Prior experience in HR administration or legal administrative support will be considered a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High initiative and sense of ownership in handling tasks
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Interest in labor law, expatriate regulations, and HR compliance matters
  • Comfortable working with confidential data and handling multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with BPJS, working permits, and government HR portals is a plus
