About The Role

They are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of the Company’s people and culture initiatives to support hyper growth. Being a high-growth start-up, the priorities within the scope of this role will evolve, and the candidate should be able to lead in both strategic planning and tactical execution.

What You Will Do
  • People Ops. Support the founders in managing the fast-growing team. You will drive the formulation of People-related policies and manage all operational matters from onboarding to performance management and staff development.
  • Recruitment. Support Talent Acquisition executives with talent and compensation strategies.
  • Culture. You will help build a team where every employee is a brand ambassador and excited to be part of Brick by developing employee engagement strategies.
What You Will Need
  • Experience in high-growth start-ups and/or FinTech industry is a plus, equivalent of 4-7 years experience in human resources or people roles in Indonesia.
  • You are highly motivated and self-driven.
  • You are a clear and effective communicator.
  • You are able to work in and lead a team in an ambiguous environment.
  • You find fulfilment in growing and developing the People team.
  • You have experience in crafting culture and people needs for early stage companies.
