OverviewWe’re looking for a passionate and people-focused People Experience Manager to lead our global People Experience team.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you'll be responsible for creating a high-impact employee journey - from onboarding to offboarding - that enhances employee satisfaction, reduces regrettable attrition, and strengthens Influx's position as the BPO of choice.
Your initial focus will be on refining and owning our onboarding and offboarding experiences, with a broader remit of promoting engagement, talent retention, and employee wellbeing.This is a leadership position that plays a critical role in shaping the day-to-day experience of our people across the company.
