Job Descriptions:

• Evaluate learning development needs within the organizational scope
• Initiate, develop, and deliver learning strategies and development programs
• Provide excellent onboarding experiences for new employees
• Monitor performance indicators
• Assist employees in consistently delivering results
• Assess the effectiveness of learning programs

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Ability to assess training needs within the organization
• Knowledge of creating effective development programs
• Effective communication skills at all levels (including upwards)
• Ability to build deep connections with others
