We are seeking an experienced People Development & Digital Learning (e-Learning Content Specialist) to join our Learning Innovation & Technology team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement engaging and effective e-learning programs that leverage the latest instructional design methodologies and technologies. This role will focus on integrating digital learning solutions to support employee development and organizational goals.
Design and develop e-learning content and modules tailored for diverse learner groups within the organization.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business needs into effective instructional materials.
Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
Implement interactive multimedia elements such as videos, quizzes, simulations, and gamification to enhance learner engagement.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course deployment, tracking, and reporting.
Evaluate and analyze training effectiveness through data and learner feedback, and continuously improve learning programs.
Stay up-to-date with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices to innovate learning strategies.
Support cross-functional teams in integrating e-learning solutions with broader digital transformation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-learning design and development, preferably within hospitality, F&B, or related industries.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
Experience managing and administering LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP Litmos, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
Skilled in multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and interactive content creation.
Familiarity with HTML5, SCORM, and xAPI standards for e-learning content.
Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across departments.
Passion for leveraging technology to create innovative and scalable learning experiences.
Experience in Learning Analytics and data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of mobile learning platforms and microlearning techniques.
Certification in Instructional Design or e-learning development (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
