Key Responsibilities:
  • Structuring training needs analysis.
  • Creating and executing internal development programs.
  • Improving the centralized learning center.
  • Acting as a facilitator and supporting learning delivery (attendance, notes, presentations, and internal promotion materials).
  • Supporting post-performance review actions in Mekari.
  • Supporting the probation process for new hires (scheduling checkpoints & conducting interviews).
  • Maintaining post-development program evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Preferably possess backgrounds in psychology, communication/PR, or management.
  • Team player, responsible, initiative taker, and problem solver.
  • Good at time and project management.
  • Self-confident, creative, and innovative.
  • Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets (Vlookup, IFs, Pivot).
