Job Description
- Lead talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier candidates aligned with the company’s vision and goals
- Streamline end-to-end recruitment processes—from workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, to onboarding—to ensure a seamless candidate experience and optimal hiring outcomes
- Enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), uphold company values, and foster a strong organizational culture
- Develop and refine HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems for efficiency and scalability
- Manage 360-degree feedback, performance reviews, and employee engagement programs to boost satisfaction
- Lead training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and productivity
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace environment
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and well-being programs to support employee welfare
- Manage HR operations, including employee data, documentation, and analytics for strategic decision-making
- Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen long-term engagement
