Key Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:

Lead initiatives in digital and automation technology, database optimization, business intelligence, and product solutions engagement with Workday or other tools to enhance P&C processes and data management.

Strategy Development & Planning:
  • Ensure integration of P&C database to support evidence-based decision making.
  • Contribute to Workday data planning and reporting frameworks aligned with organizational needs.
Capacity Building:
  • Serve as Workday champion or Subject Matter Expert.
  • Train internal P&C staff on data tools, dashboards, and system updates.
  • Support understanding of HR analytics for better decision-making.
  • Provide technical assistance to managers in using Workday.
Accountability & Quality Assurance:
  • Optimize Workday as the primary P&C database to automate and streamline processes.
  • Analyze workforce data trends and provide insights for improvement.
  • Oversee staff medical reimbursement processes in line with policies.
Networking & Relations:
  • Liaise with Workday GC team regarding issues.
  • Coordinate with internal units and hiring managers on shared processes.
Management:
  • Develop and manage annual performance agreements.
  • Submit periodic/monthly achievement reports.
  • Promote positive team dynamics and organizational values.
  • Uphold Christian values and support the organization's mission to serve disadvantaged children and communities.
  • Manage risks related to P&C, including fraud and safeguarding, following organizational policies.
