About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join CECT Universitas Trisakti as a Community Development Officer. In this full-time role, you will be based in Pekalongan & Ambarawa, and play a key part in driving positive community development initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with local community members to identify needs and develop impactful programs
• Designing and implementing community development projects that address social, economic, and environmental challenges
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organisations, and community groups, to deliver sustainable solutions
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of community development initiatives, and continuously improving processes
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes
• Providing support and mentorship to community members, empowering them to take an active role in their own development
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Relevant degree in community development, social work, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community development or a similar role
• Demonstrated understanding of community-based approaches and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate community members
• Proficiency in data analysis and report writing
