• Knowledge of BPJS and PPh 21 regulations.
• Accurate and well-organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll accurately.
• Calculate and report employee income tax.
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS.

Job description

Manage and process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.

Calculate and report employee income tax (PPh 21).

Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems.

Ensure compliance with all government regulations and labor laws related to payroll.

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to support payroll-related activities.

Prepare payroll reports and ensure proper documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Mathematics, or Accounting.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, BPJS, PPh 21 regulations, and HRIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS tools.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willing to be placed in Gianyar.
