A corporation in Jakarta Utara is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage payroll and HR services. The role requires at least 5 years of expertise in payroll management and a bachelor's degree in finance. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws and strong skills in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining HR records accurately.
Bachelor's degree in major finance or related from a reputable university
At least min 5 years of experience in Payroll, compensation & benefits, and personnel management
Experience in handling payroll, income tax (Pph 21), employee attendance, company regulation, and any task-related HR Generalist
Responsible for all activities of Payroll Compensation and Benefit processing (From attendance, payroll, commission and salary slip) with timeliness & accuracy
Experience in handling companies with many subsidiaries is a plus.
Thorough understanding of prevailing Indonesian Manpower Laws and Regulations.
High integrity in dealing with strictly confidential information.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
Brevet A & B preferred.
Responsible to ensure smooth and efficient HR services and all activities are in line with the company policies.
Responsible for all activities of Payroll Compensation and Benefit processing with timeliness & accuracy
Administer personnel filing, monthly statutory payment including BPJS Kesehatan (e-Dabu), BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and official letters issuance (warning letters, reference letters etc.),
Worked to maintain strong working relationships with the Human Capital staff, resulting in positive and productive collaborations
Successfully led all daily operational aspects in the Human Resources Department.
Maintained extremely well-organized records and handled all HR matters with confidentiality and the application of company standards.
Responsible for reviewing, modifying and making company regulations and company policies, handling industrial relations issues
