The Payroll Assistant Manager role will lead the end-to-end payroll operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of multiple payrolls for all associates in compliance with the company policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. The incumbent will also support the HR Manager to manage the implementation of Compensation & Benefit process/procedures & any employee changes documentation, employment agreement and any required task/project related to Compensation Benefit area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- You will lead the whole cycle of payroll process for all permanent employees, direct contract and internship with high accuracy and timely manner (Expat/Inpat/Local+/Local) around 900 associates
- You will maintain Payroll Personnel Master Data and update it regularly through the system according to supporting document and run payroll process through the system with the update eg (salary adjustment, deduction, loan and write off) You will manage all required monthly Salary Report related included basic salary reconciliation, Salary Journal entries for SAP, and provide monthly calculation for employee benefit acruals, BPJS & Actuary
- You will be accountable for ensuring that payroll records are properly and securely maintained
- You will maintain all employment records in good and traceable order and generally kept in store for 10 years
- You will manage the Interco billing calculation for local salary and benefit charges for all regional assignees, monthly calculation for Social Insurance (BPJS) and Pension Fund and reports the details to BPJS & Actuary and calculation for employee benefit accruals
- You will manage monthly income tax calculation and reporting refer to tax regulation & system and annual income tax report and distribution of form 1721A1 to all associates on timely manner
- You will liaise with EY to provide the required documents and information for annual tax report of Expat/Local plus with high accuracy and timely manner and provide required documentation for internal & external audits
- You will manage the employment agreement for new associates and all the Compensation benefit documents related to promotion, salary changes and perform support for any task/project related to compensation benefit area
Primary Requirements:
- You have Bachelor's Degree, preferably with Finance/ Accounting / Tax / HR background
- You have minimum 5 years experiences in Payroll operations, in multinational company
- You have strong background in handling complex & various payroll process through integrated HR/ payroll system/ ERP like Sunfish Data On, SAP, Workday or similar
- You have familiarity with multinational & manufacturing payroll and benefit structures
