This role manages payroll inputs, conducts payroll and benefits calculations, supports tax and social security administration, and ensures smooth and compliant HR operational processes. Contributes to a seamless employee experience by resolving payroll-benefits related inquiries and enabling efficient HR operations through data accuracy, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Statistic, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in English.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in payroll and benefits, or a similar role.
• In-depth understanding of payroll system, income tax laws, and social security operations (BPJS).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high data integrity.
• Preferably having exposure in Compensation and Benefit analysis projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or similar platform, and payroll operations.
