Job summary

Human Capital Consulting is seeking a backend engineer to design, optimize, and maintain our payment core system architecture in Jakarta. You will handle Host-to-Host (H2H) and financial API integrations (JSON and ISO 8583), ensuring secure and stable end-to-end transaction flows including transfers, settlements, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 3+ years backend development experience with Java Spring Boot.
• Experience in Payment Gateway, FinTech, or Banking industries.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payment workflow (Transfer, Reconciliation).
• Proficient in H2H & ISO 8583 / JSON API standards.
• Mastery of Java Spring Boot, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Docker, & Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain payment core system architecture.
• Handle Host-to-Host (H2H) and financial API standard integrations (JSON & ISO 8583).
• Ensure security and stability of end-to-end transaction flows (Transfer, Sale, Reversal, Refund, Settlement, Reconciliation).
