Job description

Perform accounting & reporting activities for the assigned business unit in accordance with the Standard Level Agreement (SLA).

Job Description :

1. Create payment proposal and perform payment run based on the defined parameters and frequency, and amend it based on feedback received for the assigned business unit.
2. Route payment proposals for approval.
3. Prepare cheque/GIRO/bank instructions and obtain necessary approvals.
4. Maintain the cheque lot number range for the assigned business unit.
5. Generate, review, verify, and reconcile payment batches against vendor reports, bank reports, vendor invoices, and employee claims.
6. Identify and resolve payment issues where possible; escalate to Payment Processing Team Lead if required.
7. Generate, review, and validate I2P reports as required.
8. Perform cash management services regarding the Actual Cash Flow (ACF) & Projected Cash Flow (PCF).
9. Eliminate non-standard practices and non-compliance.

Job Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a GPA of 3.00.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience as an accountant; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Must have good attention to detail, numerical proficiency, result-oriented mindset, and good analytical skills.
4. Fast learner.
5. Ability to work in a team and handle situations close to deadlines, including overtime if necessary.
