Job description

The role aims to be recognized as a trusted finance team member. This role supports the finance lead in all training and development activities to develop best-in-class finance professionals and assists in developing their finance team. This role supports a robust control and compliance environment and contributes to implementing finance innovations and projects.

What will I be doing?

The Paymaster & General Cashier supervises and accounts for all cash activities of the hotel, safeguards cash assets, and prepares all financial reports related to cash transactions. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • The Paymaster is responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel’s payroll department, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, maintenance, and control of related accounts.
  • This role assists in other necessary activities for the efficient operation of the finance department, ensuring smooth payroll operations in compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual frameworks.
  • The role will collaborate with all hotel finance team members and internal stakeholders, mainly Human Resources and other departments.
  • The role will support the finance lead in developing top-tier hotel finance teams, including participation in relevant training and development programs.
  • In case of joint job roles, responsibilities will align with Hilton’s job segregation policies.
